African Hedgehog Ronnie

His story

Ronnie was found as a tiny little hedgehog baby, lying in the middle of a tarmac road. His spikes were still soft and his eyes firmly shut, making him only a few days old. After successful hand rearing, he now is fully grown, healthy and adult. Hedgehogs often face danger as they are used for food and also for playing. Ronnie will therefore stay with the KiliCREW and will be an important ambassador for his species to avoid other hedgehogs being taken from nature.
